Forcia have commenced the refurbishment works at St Francis Holland School, Belgravia.
The historical building, formally an old school house was recently home to a firm of architects. Forcia are now underway with the extensive conversion, to accommodate the ideal backdrop for a new innovative Sixth Form centre, as part of St Francis Holland School.
The ‘high level’ objective of the proposed development is to plan a new inspirational Centre, for Creative Enterprise within 178 Ebury Street, and to reassign the existing CCE in the Morison Building for ‘whole school’ use with 7 new classrooms, common room, quiet study space, science laboratory & prep room, a fitness suite, 2 offices/meeting rooms and a kitchen area at 1st floor level. The scheme comprises of a full fit-out including complete services replacement, high quality bespoke joinery and FF&E all within a fast programme to meet the school term calendar.
