Forcia are delighted that three of our recently completed projects have been shortlisted for four AJ Retrofit Awards 2019.
Weymouth Mews has been nominated for Housing under £5million. No. 5 Charterhouse Square for Offices under 2000sqm and Quadrant Arcade has been listed twice, one award for Hotel, Retail & Leisure and the second for Listed buildings £5million and over.
All three projects have involved the restoration and preservation of London’s heritage, whilst proudly delivering new build elements in key developments for our Clients.
The Quadrant Arcade has already won a New London Architect Award for Retail.
Forcia acted as the Main Contractor and undertook all works, including the Fit out, Mechanical and Electrical works, as well as the complicated and extensive structural works required by these schemes, using our specialist inhouse labour.
Forcia are pleased to have been part of the teams involved in the delivery of these successful projects and wish our partners the best of luck in the judging.
