We’re pleased to report significant progress at 58 Queen Anne Street, where construction works continue to advance at pace.
The primary structure of the new rear extension is now complete, marking a major milestone in the delivery of this transformative scheme. The concrete slab for the new roof terrace has been successfully poured, creating the foundation for what will become a standout feature of the property.
At the front, the building’s façade is developing beautifully. Brickwork is nearing completion, carefully selected and detailed to complement the historic character of Queen Anne Street while introducing a refined contemporary edge.
Internally, refurbishment works are well underway across all floors. The design balances the restoration of key heritage elements with the introduction of high-quality modern finishes, bringing new life to this historic building.
This project is a thoughtful integration of old and new — combining sensitive conservation with bold design moves to create a distinctive, future-ready space in the heart of London.
We look forward to sharing further updates as the next phases of construction unfold.
