The Crown Estates have appointed us to carry out the demolition of the existing building at New Burlington Place, situated immediately south of Conduit Street, between Regent Street and Savile Row.
Following the demolition, we have been appointed to build a new house which will provide two bedrooms along with reception, kitchen and living accommodation over four floors.
The works will be carried out in accordance with the Architectural design to provide light and spacious accommodation despite the site’s tapering foot-print and limited frontage.
