We are currently working on Catherine Street, London,WC2 to carry out the heavy refurb and office fitout with a residential penthouse for The Really Useful Theatre Group.
This project involves internal structural strengthening works to the existing building as well as rebuilding the rooftop to provide a luxurious penthouse apartment, and in the meantime also adapting the entrance to provide an isolated entrance to offices from the retail unit.
Due to the noise reduction requirements new high performance windows are required throughout the building that are in keeping with the existing building.
Forcia are also carrying out the building services and lift over 5 existing and 1 new floor to create a mixed-use property comprising a retail unit, offices and 1 residential apartments.
