We at Forcia have recently been appointed on a mixed use project in the heart of luxurious Mayfair, Mount Row.
A mixed use five storey building which will be built to accommodate four residential 2 – 3 bedroom units above a new gallery space at ground, lower ground and basement levels.
The works to be carried out by Forcia will include demolishing and infilling an eyesore gap within the block on the North side of Mount Row.
There are many complex structural elements to this project such as demolition of the existing buildings, structures and storage tank on site. Creating the formation of new basements to include by means of piling, underpinning new RC construction, waterproofing, anti-vibration installations and the formation of RC frame, stairs and upper floors and roof.
Forcia will also be building the formation of steel framed and ply covered “origami” style roof to rear Gallery roof as well as completing the full fit out of the residential apartments and gallery space.
