The Solution
Forcia took complete ownership of the supply chain and collaborated closely with the design team on this intricate project. We overcame the challenges of working on a live high street and interface with the public, whilst safely delivering the complex steel installation using 460 grade high-strength steel.
The Challenge
A challenging project involving very heavy structural alterations on the corner of busy New Bond Street. This included complex temporary works, the removal of 15 columns to remodel the existing structural grid, new stonework and a revamped shopfront.

The Impact
We successfully installed a 9-metre double box frame over a London Underground line, and formed new shop fronts to create a double-height frontage. The result is a beautiful and stylish store that showcases the brand and enhances the overall shopping experience.
