The Solution
As well as major works at number 34 which involved constructing a new building to house five apartments, we reconfigured and refurbished 43 Weymouth Mews to create two new residential dwellings above an 18th Century public house, the Jackalope.

The Challenge
The project is in the Harley Street Conservation Area and entailed the partial demolition of 34 Weymouth Mews, front façade retention and formation of a 250 sq m basement. Additionally, alterations were required to the Grade II building at number 43.

The Impact
The modernist, sleek apartments became luxury boutique guest suites for Living Rooms London, with landscaped roof terraces, balconies and a courtyard. The new structure sits on acoustic isolation to alleviate noise from the Underground and boasts bespoke finishes such as fair-faced concrete and corten cladding.
