Forcia were delighted to have the CIOB and other industry professionals consolidate around one our live sites in Mayfair.
On this visit the attendees, spent time understanding the development of a tough basement project.
Whilst at the site the attendees were able to view the scheme challenges, such as working in a tight space, above a main tube line. Forcia are in the thick of construction creating a box in a box acoustic system, to prevent the noise of the Jubliee line penetrating through.
The basement which Forcia are fabricating will comprise 4 residential apartments on five upper floors and a double storey basement for gallery space.
